Double shaft stationary mixer dissolvers

Dynamix MD2 stationery mixers dissolvers are machines for medium and high viscosity products dispersion and mixing positioned on supporting platforms, engineered and manufactured to work in difficult industrial conditions. The processing cycle takes place inside closed vessels hanging on a platform or positioned on the ground. Equipped with a double shaft, with a low-speed mixing shaft and a high-speed dispersion shaft, also configurable with anchor scraper and in a vacuum version, they can meet every production need thanks to a wide range of engines up to 250kW. This allows to handle products with viscosities from 40,000 to 310,000 Cp and in batches up to 13,000 L

High speed dispersion group with:

  • High thickness sheet metal head with anti-vibration reinforcements and pulley protection casings
  • Shaft transmission system by belts and pulleys
  • Shaft support with high performance ball bearings
  • AISI 304 stainless steel lateral high-speed dispersion shaft
  • Height-adjustable impellers with head gliding during mixing
  • AISI 304 stainless steel Turbo type toothed impeller
  • AISI 304 stainless steel intermediate Cowles type toothed impeller

Second shaft group with:

  • Shaft support with high performance ball bearings
  • AISI 304 stainless steel shaft with Turbo or Cowles type dispersing impellers or three-blades mixing impellers or anchor scraper with adjustable baldes
  • Gear motor with coaxial trasmission directly coupled to the low-speed mixing shaft (in presence of three-blades mixing impellers or anchor scraper) or shaft transmission by belts and pulleys (in presence of Turbo or Cowles type toothed impellers)
  • AISI 304 stainless steel welded-top vessel with rounded bottom with cylindrical construction and vertical axis
  • Different dust and liquid supply systems integrated in the lid
  • Electronic speed variation with inverter
  • Also available in ATEX version


  • Hydraulic lifting unit with electric pump embedded in the command group
  • Servo-ventilated engine for main engine forced cooling
  • Mirror-polished or coated with wear-resistant material vessel’s inner wall
  • Product temperature sensor integrated into the shaft

  • Washing system (only in case of a rounded lid with lid-container locking clamps) by rotating heads fixed on the lid or a motorized immersion lance with rotating washing heads

For Industry 4.0 Ready installations we provide internal PLC for industrial process control, intuitive operator touch interface and Ethernet connections

For customers choosing Industry 4.0 Optional installation, we provide:

  • Latest generation Misura software which includes Predictive Maintenance indicators, OEE indicators, panel with digital pointers and Software interface with customer Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system


  • F version: Double shaft, equipped with a fixed flat lid for dust and vapor-tight processing
  • RI version: Double shaft with anchor scraper (RI), equipped with a fixed flat lid for dust and vapor-tight processing
  • SV version: Double shaft, equipped with a fixed rounded lid for vacuum sealing (SV)
  • RI-SV version: Double shaft with anchor scraper (RI), equipped with a fixed rounded lid for vacuum sealing (SV)
