Immersion basket mill
Varimill immersion basket mills are machines for general products grinding.
The double cooling system in the basket and the vessel ensures the desired control of the temperature of the product.

- Cooled milling chamber made of special wear resistant AISI 304 stainless steel, easily disassembled for any maintenance or cleaning operation in case of incompatible or special products
- Processing vessel with cooling cavities
- Conical truncated washing vessel for milling group washing
- Vessel locking system
- Adjustable Belt, characterized by a support with adjustable saddles and tensioning ratchet. Possibility of fixing containers with different diameter
- Fast Dumping, characterized by easy entering of the vessel, fast locking and high resistance to lateral loads. Manual locking clamps with safety micro-contact for machine start only when the container is blocked
- Electronic speed variation with inverter
- Also available in ATEX version
