Filtering Units
Self cleaning pressure-type trolley-mounted filters
Self-cleaning filter mounted on a mobile stand, with wheels and space to hold a waste container, to filter liquid products as water-based paints, tempera, enamels, paints with an average residue content.
Equipped with an electrical or diaphragm compressed air pump, it manages throughput from 20 to over 100 lt/min. Filtration levels may be chosen from 50/100/200/300/500/1000 microns.

Eco-Washing
Eco-Washing unit is the perfect solution for improving the cleaning process and saving time and washing fluids up to 50%.
The target batch is from 700 to 1500 liters.
The machine, available in stardard and ATEX version, is deployed in three different models:
- Basic System, wioth 2-axs rotating wahshing head
- Elicoidal System, with a revolutionary elicoidal trajectory system
- Brushed System, with washing head combined to rating brushes system
Press-plate extruders
Fixed press-plate extruder mod. EDE
EDE pneumo-hydraulic press-plate extruders are equipment with a fixed structure for the extrusion of medium and high viscosity products directly from the production tank to the filling line thanks to a pressure on the product from 7 to 20 bars.
Mobile press-plate extruders mod. EPM
EPM pneumo-hydraulic press-plate extruders are equipment with a mobile structure for the extrusion of medium and medium-high viscosity products directly from the production tank to the filling line, thanks to a pressure on the product of 3/4 bar.
