Well aware of the social role of companies, this year we have decided to promote an initiative in the field of corporate welfare to support our collaborators in this difficult period of rising costs for bills, food and fuel.
Given the good results achieved in 2022 and aware that inflation is reducing the purchasing power of families, we disbursed around 100 thousand euros to our collaborators during the year.
An important decision which increasingly characterizes us as a company with a great social impact and which allows us to be close to all the men and women of the Group, who once again this year have shown great responsibility and competence, guaranteeing an exceptional result, despite a truly complicated situation at the international level, delays in supplies and considerable increases in the cost of raw materials.

“We have therefore decided to introduce new corporate welfare policies in favor of our collaborators, combining them with corporate social responsibility actions towards our local communities of Grinzane Cavour and Canossa. We are proud of it and we were able to find a positive appreciation also from our collaborators, who recognized the great value of the initiative and the company’s commitment.”
